Thank you for shopping with NIMIRI LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., swimwear, undergarments)

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@thenimiri.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Return requests will be reviewed within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check your bank account
- Then contact your credit card company or bank
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@thenimiri.com
